These terms govern your use of the Lyftgram website and services. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lyftgram.

Our service

Lyftgram provides social media promotion services, such as followers, likes, views and subscribers, for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Lyftgram is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube or Google.

Your account

• You can order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address for order updates.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.

Orders and delivery

• You must give us a correct public link to your profile, post or video. Private accounts or removed content may prevent delivery.
• Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment. Larger orders are delivered gradually so growth looks natural.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with demand and platform changes.
• Please do not change your username, make your account private or delete the content while an order is in progress.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayPal, and you can pay with your PayPal balance or a supported card. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Refill guarantee

If followers, likes or views from your order drop within 30 days of delivery, we will top them back up free of charge. The guarantee does not apply if the account or content was made private, renamed or deleted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lyftgram:

• for content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights;
• to promote accounts or content you are not authorised to promote;
• to attempt to disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules.

Platform rules

Each social media platform has its own terms and policies, and they can change at any time. You are responsible for how you use your own accounts. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, such as reach, sales or acceptance into a monetization or partner programme.

Limitation of liability

Lyftgram is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Lyftgram after a change means you accept the updated terms.
